Project profile

Overview

  • This project is located at 2 Thannou St. in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, with a prime location near the coastal highway, covering a total area of 160,000 square meters. The terrain slopes from north to south with a height difference of about 10 meters, offering convenient transportation.

  • Inspired by the traditional Chinese cultural symbol of the 'dragon', representing power, prestige, and wealth, the design combines natural landscapes with modern architectural concepts to create a large-scale integrated entertainment resort.

  • The architectural style draws from the essence of ancient Chinese palaces and temples, using large glass surfaces and glazed tiles for a perfect blend of modern and traditional elements. The layout is compact and orderly, centered around two major themed plazas, creating a rich spatial hierarchy and cultural atmosphere.
