This project is located at 2 Thannou St. in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, with a prime location near the coastal highway, covering a total area of 160,000 square meters. The terrain slopes from north to south with a height difference of about 10 meters, offering convenient transportation.
Inspired by the traditional Chinese cultural symbol of the 'dragon', representing power, prestige, and wealth, the design combines natural landscapes with modern architectural concepts to create a large-scale integrated entertainment resort.
The architectural style draws from the essence of ancient Chinese palaces and temples, using large glass surfaces and glazed tiles for a perfect blend of modern and traditional elements. The layout is compact and orderly, centered around two major themed plazas, creating a rich spatial hierarchy and cultural atmosphere.
